I went in for a airbag recall back in 2016 I got in a car accident on 7/30/19 which totaled my car but my air bags never deployed which caused a injury to the left side of my head from me hitting the steering wheel . Police said the airbags should of deployed from how bad the accident was .
The contact owned a 2013 Acura ILX . The contact stated that while driving approximately 40 mph, the vehicle in front of her suddenly stopped. The driver depressed the brake pedal however, was unable to stop in time and crashed into the rear of an unknown Audi. The air bags did not deploy. The contact sustained injuries to the chest, neck, and head. The driver believes the impact knocked her unconscious. The contact stated she was in pain and had to seek medical attention. A Police report was filed.
