I have experienced sudden acceleration problem numerous times( 5 to six times. The latest one was march 1,2021. The vehicle would accelerate (RPM rapidly ) suddenly when driving at low speeds(around 10 to 15MPH to a quick almost 30MPH without pressing the gas pedal) that always require me to break immediately to avoid any accidents. I had the vehicle checked thoroughly by a company sent expert last year(sometime nov ,2020) and they can't replicate the problem. Acura relations can't help me anymore .

The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 23V858000 (Fuel System, Gasoline) contact however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle stalled with no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was able to restart; however, the failure recurred.
