The contact stated that while in traffic the park assist and the check engine light flashed on the instrument panel and the vehicle would not accelerate pass 9 MPH. The contact drove onto the emergency lane and shut the vehicle off. The contact restarted the vehicle and it continued to travel at 9 MPH; therefore, the contact towed the vehicle to a dealer.
