There is shadow in the headlights which causes visibility problems and may result in a crash. Dealer said that the design of the headlights created the shadow.
Pulling back the "smart stick" to change head beams from lo to hi requires effort that many not be enough so ... The hi beam becomes a "passing" hi beam. Once achieved to hi beam and released, a second pull back of the "smart stick" and releasing may turn off both hi & lo beams altogether! So pull back the 'smart stick' a second time and release. Always works the second attempt.
