Reported at 150,000 miles, October 2015 Fire

The upper dashboard has separated from the car as it is raised from the left corner to the middle of the dashboard, at the front of the dashboard closest to the windshield. In some places it is over 6 inches raised. It continues to worsen, moving over to the right side of the dash closer to the passenger airbag. I am concerned that this might cause the passenger airbag to go off by mistake. It has also reached the height where driver frontal vision is beginning to be slightly impaired because of this defect.
