2015 Chrysler 200 seats problems

Tl* the contact owns a 2015 chrysler 200. A vehicle crashed into the contact's vehicle as a result, the front driver seat fell from the floor. The cause of the failure was not determined the contact sustained multiple vertebral fractures and a ruptured spleen. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 25 MPH a second vehicle crashed into the front end of the vehicle. During the crash the vehicle was destroyed and the front driver's side seat separated from the floor of the vehicle.

At times, but it's happened at least 12 in the past 10 months, there is away that a person can sit in the passenger side seat or sometimes by adjusting it that will make the airbag light come on. All I have to do is reach underneath the seat and jiggle the wires a little and it goes off. It occurs at different times.
