What owners wrote

Driver lost control of steering while driving down a dirt road. The vehicle crashed into a tree. All airbags went off. The vehicle was un-drivable afterwards. Insurance adjuster and repair facility indicated that the left front strut had come out of it's housing and was likely the cause of the accident. Chrysler has identified this as a recall for 21000 vehicles but has yet to issue a recall notice...updated 03-23-15....updated 04/08/15 updated 10/15/2015 updated 9/28/2017

Reported at 7,000 miles, March 2015 CrashInjury

This vehicle has a shudder and a jerking motion at approximately the 28 to 35 MPH range. Also switching the gears from neutral to drive or reverse will freeze. Have to shut the vehicle off and try again. As far as the suspension, the left rear has made a sound almost from the beginning when vehicle was purchased. It makes a clunking sound if going over a bump, or hit a deviation in the road. Was told for the longest time couldn't find anything. Now all of a sudden 1 shock is bad.
