I was in a "at fault" accident in Sept 2020 in my new car because the instrument panel failed to stay on started glitching while on the freeway hit tire in the road. Car insurance went up because of the points against my record. The Chrysler Corp has a recall on the same make and model but not my VIN number. My car is experiencing the same problems as the recall. I need the insurance company to remove the points and sue Chrysler for this accident that was very dangerous.
