Consumer was aproaching a red light and there was a vehicle in front. Consumer attempted to slow down, but brakes failed to stop vehicle and rear ended vehicle in front of him. Upon impact air bags on drivers side and passengers side did not deploy. Car was totalled.
Petition for investigation of 1996 chrysler lhs defective fuel rails. Petition is to also investigate the ABS and the frame construction/alignment.
