What owners wrote
Twice now driving on the freeway in my brand new 2022 Plug-in Pacifica with 10K miles— all of a sudden there is a rumble (feels like a down shift) and the vehicle won’t accelerate. The dash message started flashing “Put in P to Start.” However, the car is still on and in “run.” I pulled over, put the vehicle in park, and turned it off. Then I had to push start button several times to unlock the shifter to go to drive again. A check engine light came on. The first time it happened, I finished my trip.
