Consumer states while driving at 35MPH, she was involved in a frontal collision, in which the air bag did not completely deploy on impact, vehicle was totalled. Consumer also stated the brakes failed, consumer was also injured.
Consumer received recall 02v131000 concerning passenger air bag assembly modification on september 27, 2004. Consumer contacted the deaership on four occasions. However, consumer was constantly told that the parts were not available.
