What owners wrote

On 7/26/04 while travelling at approximately 35 MPH, vehicle suddenly died. The timing belt went, damaging valves and cylinder head. Fortunately, vehicle had 57,000 miles and was under warranty. However, the front control arms/bushings/ sway bar were also bad. Unfortunately, these were not covered by warranty. Items were replaced. Now it seems the oil pump is going, oil is leaking and there is low pressure along with catalytic converter going. Dealer says these items will be covered.

Reported at 57,000 miles, July 2004 Injury

There aren't any events that LED up to the failure. I took my vehicle in for a routine check and was informed of the problem then. The front control arms on my vehicle are worn. I have gone through 3 sets of tires while trying to locate the part to fit my vehicle. My car swerves after reaching a speed of 30 MPH. I am unable to drive my car on wet roads because I am not able to control the extreme sliding that occurs.
