What owners wrote
Picking up change (money) the top bezel cut finger. Due to flaw in plastic resulting in sharp edge on top front of piece.(bezel trimming). Chrysler sent a inspector out twice. Inspector stated to me . All the vehicles were made like this. Dealer replace shifter bezel trimming and stated a flaw in the plastic resulting in sharp edge on the top front of piece. New bezel trimming still sharp. But not as ragged. Chrysler stated in a letter dated 10/03/2014 I received.
