While driving, experienced rear liftgate failure, resulting in 2-year old fallin gout of van when door fell off, also indicator light on dash came on.
While driving 65 MPH, the rear hatch latch snapped. This caused the hatch to open and it was hard for the consumer to close the hatch. The dealer had previously repaired the original hatchback latch per recall#97v079000.
