What owners wrote
While driving 40 MPH vehicle was involved in a frontal collision. Traffic suddenly stopped, and consumer's vehicle hit another vehicle. Front air bags did not deploy. Driver sustained neck injury. Front passenger's chest was bruised from the seat belt. Four passengers in the rear sustained minor injuries. All passenger were wearing seat belts. Front passenger was taken to the hospital for treatment. There was no indication or warning that there was a problem with the air bags before the collision.
My year2000 dodge caravan slipped away 3 times on road. First time is in june or july 2002 in tucson arizona, then next day I sent it to car dealer for checking it up and they didn't find anything was wrong. The same thing happened early this year in austin, texas and I sent it to dealer to check up again and they didn't find out anything was wrongagain. The third time in mid june and I didn't sent it to dealer this time because I am very disappointed by their previous checking up.
