What owners wrote

My ABS light & brake light come on, and my passenger air bag turns off. When this happens, the vehicle becomes difficult to navigate and the back end get tight. This has happened 4 times, and the last time was on a busy highway, and I was lucky to miss causing an accident. We took the vehicle in on 4/18/06 and had all recall work done, and the vehicle still is not working properly. This last instance scared me to the point I do not feel safe driving the vehivle.

Reported at 2,000 miles, April 2006

Tl* the contact owns a 2006 dodge durango. While driving 25 MPH and coming to a stop, the accelerator pedal stuck to the floorboard for a couple of seconds. The vehicle kept accelerating at 60 MPH when releasing the accelerator pedal. The throttle remained wide open when released. The contact had to turn the engine off to be able to stop the vehicle. The contact coasted over to the side of the road and the throttle started to release. The failure recurred twice. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired.
