What owners wrote
While driving at 30 MPH with the windows down, the roof vibrates up and down, consumer states that it looks like the roof doesn't have enough supports. *slc
I purchased new in 2000 a dodge ram 2500 sport extended cab and two years ago the dashboard began cracking, at this point pieces of the dash have fallen through leaving holes in the dash. I tried to get the dealership in concord, nh to fix it when it was under warranty but they refused. It appears that this is not a limited defect as I've found thousands of complaints on the internet from similar year owners.
