1995 Dodge Stratus engine problems

I was on the highway going home when all of a sudden my car gave a loud bang and smoke started coming out of the hood. The car had stalled and I got to the side of the road. Flames where shooting out of the engine compartment. I was told by the mechanic who finally looked at the car that one of the cylinders had gone through the side wall and caused the fire. I have since learned that there was a recall on the engine.

The car leaks oil badly, I see its had been a oil recall under/ the engine cylinder head oil gallery plug/ it smokes the hood, leaks water out of tail pipe: 1995 dodge stratus recall#96v00600/ the dealer keeps telling me there isn't any recalls on my vehicle. If this problem persist its going to start a fire,,,,,,,,,,,its a safety hazard in my eye and many other auto repair shops,,,,
