I need some one to investigate a recall part on a 2000 dodge stratus on a power steering leak that cause a fire under the bottom to the top. And the dealership is not telling the truth on what cause the fire.
Tl*the contact owns a 2000 dodge stratus. The contact claimed to receive a safety recall notice e23 regarding the high pressure power steering hose. On march 20, 2007 the vehicle was brought to the dealer. The contact was assured that the vehicle would be repaired the same day. At 4:00 pm the dealer informed the contact that the part was unavailable and repairs could not be completed until march 22, 2007.
