The headlights randomly flicker on and off while driving at night. This not only causes a distraction while i'm driving but is also affecting other drivers. Drivers in the other lane keep mistaking the flicker as me turning on my bright lights which is leading other driver to retaliate and either put on their bright lights or flash their brights at me.
The contact owns a 2024 GMC Canyon. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the front headlights were flickering intermittently. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the failure was acknowledged; however, the contact was informed that mechanics were not authorized by the manufacturer to repair the vehicle. The manufacturer was also notified of the failure but offered no assistance.
