The car was traveling below the speed limit and the driver began to notice an uncontrollable shake with the steering wheel and the front of the car this is what caused the accident.
Both control arms and drivers side of sub frame completely rotted out. There is a recall for the 2001-2003 elantra and tiberon, yet not the accent? Somebody isn't doing their job!!
