What owners wrote
The high-voltage traction battery on my 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 Limited RWD failed unexpectedly around [XXX], when the vehicle had approximately 1,250 miles on it and was just over 3 months old. The car had been parked in my driveway with about 80% charge while I was away for several days. When I attempted to drive it, the vehicle would not shift out of neutral. No warning lamps or error messages were displayed before the failure. The vehicle was towed to Van Hyundai in Carrollton, TX on April 3.
