While driving would notice fumes entering vehicle. Took vehicle to dealership, mechanic indicated that a short in ignition system was causing problem. Also, had entire catalytic converter system replaced.
Dt*: the contact stated while driving 70 MPH on the highway, the vehicle stalled without warning. It was maneuvered off the road and towed to the dealer who replaced the crank shaft position sensor. There was a NHTSA recall, # 03v030000, regarding the electrical system; starter assembly. The vehicle was not included in the recall due to the VIN.
