100 % brake failure. 45 MPH,moderate traffic, 6:30pm thursday may 7th 2015, dry pavement and approaching traffic that which made an abrupt stop ahead. Stepped on brake pedal, pedal fluttered as if anti locking brake activity was be activated. Car continued to free wheel forward, I stepped harder on brake pedal and pedal began pushing back to me.
While driving my sonata an error appeared on my dashboard stating 'hybrid system warning! Safely stop and do not drive. Check brakes." when this occurs the gas pedal goes to the floor and the brakes grinds my tires. U can hear a loud chiming like sound coming from the car. I'm reading this issue with a number of sonata hybrid.
