Not sure what failed. At around 8:30 am on a sunny clear day the driver was maneuvering slowly up a ramp between first and second floors of a parking garage at the college campus where the driver works. Driver paused the vehicle and slowly turned to the right to park in an open spot about halfway up the ramp. There was a large concrete pillar to the right of the parking spot and a low steel cable wall at the end of the parking space along the inner structure of the garage.
