What owners wrote
For the last year the engine of my 2003 infiniti I35 has been making a noise upon acceleration (while the engine is under stress) especially on inclines. I have brought the vehicle to pepe infiniti, they've duplicated the noise, yet they haven't done anything to rectify the problem although the vehicle is still under the manufacturer's warranty. I have contacted the infiniti corporate office to no avail. I am filing a complaint to hopefully get some resolution regarding this matter.
Tl* the contact owns a 2003 infinity I35. The contact was driving approximately 55 MPH when the vehicle stalled without warning. The contact was able to restart the vehicle yet the failure recurred several times. The check engine light then illuminated and the act and slip warning lights would also illuminate periodically. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer for repairs or a diagnosis of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 76,000.
