Tl* the contact owns a 2007 infiniti m35. The contact stated that while driving 35 MPH, the tracks on the front drivers seat broke and the seat was not stable while driving. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer and the contact was informed that the tracks needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 72,000.
I was driving on freeway and drivers seat bracket broke and threw me forward and almost caused severe accident--- took to dealer who said this happens a lot in these cars and they wanted 1500$ to fix-- I cant afford-- I checked and there have been over a hundred such reports-- some involving injury-- should these seat brackets not be recalled??? Only 75k on odometer
