What owners wrote
While driving the vehicle the brakes lock up and the vehicle would not stop. The seat belt did not hold the passenger in the seat, therefore the passenger flew forward in the seat.
I have a 1994 jeep cherokee. The driver's side seat belt buckle not only lets go suddenly, but often does not even engage at all.
