What owners wrote

I was driving home from picking up my daughter from a school event when suddenly my car slowed down on its own down to 10 MPH. Then the car completely stopped. On the control console it only read "service park assist" and the drive position controls where all highlighted and boxed out (drnp). I lost all control of the vehicle other than turning the wheel. I tried to accelerate by pressing the gas and it just revved the engine and did nothing else.

The above information was for the first time this incident occurred. While driving at any speed the car will stall out of no where due to the electronic shift module. I had it replaced 11/08 which was only a year after the car was made. It is completely acting up again and the module needs replaced again. I understand that they have not recalled this issue but there are over 145 complaints of the same issue but yet on your website it says a recall is necessary when there is a safety-related defect in the vehicle…
