What owners wrote

For no specific reason the windows on the jeep cherokee grand laredo suddenly drop in their channels and will not come back up. I had a similar failure on a 2000 model previously owned, and now with my 2002 I had the same issue on december 31 2005 with the rear driver side window, and yesterday with the passenger front window. This morning I called jeep customer service and was given the typical runaround.
