Reported at 69,000 miles, August 2013 CrashInjury

Lower front right ball joint snapped while I was driving. Called jeep and they said it was recalled and replaced. I asked for a location and a service order and the would not give it to me. They keep telling me to take it to the jeep dealer which I cant because it is broke. These ball joints where recalled for breaking. Now for a second time it broke and I cant get any proof that it was ever replaced
