2013 jeep patriot. Attorney representing consumer writes in regards to airbags did not deploy upon impact and both occupants sustained injuries in the collision. *smd
While driving 45 MPH (posted speed limit) on a single lane public road I was forced to make a quick evasive maneuver to go around a small truck stopped on road looking to make a left turn, and drove over raised earth that was alongside road shoulder. Both side airbags ( passenger and driver) deployed even though car was never in an accident.
