What owners wrote

When the vehicle is on an incline (front of the vehicle facing up the hill), the rear lift gate has a tendency to open on its own. This happened to me; as soon as I opened the bottom portion of the tailgate (which keeps the upper portion closed), the top section immediately opened, striking me on the bridge of my nose. This force of the impact almost knocked me to the ground, left me disoriented, cut and bleeding.

Reported at 5,500 miles, January 2008 Injury

My 2008 jeep wrangler unlimited x 4dr, has major water leaking issues. I got this jeep used with 17,560miles on it. It runs great. However every time it rains, it leaks. My driver side seatbelt gets so wet that you can wring it out. The floor underneath the backseat gets soaked. I had to use a shampooer in the jeep because I couldn't soak up all the water from the carpet, and it smelled like mildew.
