Before exiting but during departure of parking lot for apartment building keeping brake pedal fully depressed with transmission geared in reverse the vehicle quickly and unexpectedly took off and sped out of control backwards until stopped by sudden impact with a tree resulting in numerous bodily injuries to traumatic mentally anguished driver and 2 passengers, 1 of which was seated in the backseat collision side resulting in total loss of vehicle according to drivers insurance policy provider state farm.

I was changing the oil on my car and noticed that a hose below the car broke and was leaking some type of fluid. I noticed this about 30 minutes ago, but the issue could have been going on for much longer.
