Tl* the contact owned a 2010 lexus is 250. While driving approximately 50 MPH, the contact swerved to avoid a crash from an oncoming vehicle. As a result, another vehicle rear ended the contact's vehicle. The contact's vehicle crashed into a tree and the air bags failed to deploy. The driver sustained injuries and a police report was filed. The vehicle was destroyed.
Takata recall: recall began may 23,2016. Lexus has not fixed my car and it is now jan 20, 2017. Eight months is entirely too long to still be determining the solution. The safecar.gov site states that some cars have been fixed. I am in the first phase of recalls, yet still don't have a car that I can drive!!
