The air bags deployed and caused a chin abrasion, nosebleed, chest and rib pain to the contact and medical attention was received. There were no warning lights illuminating when the failure occurred. The vehicle was towed to a lot and deemed totaled by the contact's insurance company. There was a police report filed.
