What owners wrote

While I was making a exit from the freeway onto a local road, I lost control of the steering wheel while slowly braking. Afterwards my car spun out of control and I was in a head on collision with the guard rail for the highway ramp. This happened with my car logging close to 21500 miles. Inspection at the body shop determined that issues between the brake pads and steering wheel LED to the steering wheel stopping.

Reported at 21,500 miles, June 2011 Crash

Lifted parking brake lever to engage parking brake, and it came up way further than normal without offering the normal resistance. After three attempts at resetting the brake, it engaged normally. Malfunction occurred again two days later, but this time, I could not get it to engage successfully even after multiple attempts. Dealer diagnosed that the brake lever assembly was intermittently sticking and replaced lever assembly. Two days later, same problem occurred again. Car is 9 months old, 13,500 mi.
