2000 Mercury Cougar wipers, windshield & visibility problems

Lights flicker, then loses electrical power. Alternator, 2 batteries, wiper motor, sensor, windshield (stress crack from bottom) replaced. Requested on several occasions from bob site lincoln mercury service department that the mercury factory zone manager be contacted, and to have the zone manager contact me. Each request was denied. I contacted mercury customer assistance and was told that only the dealership could contact the factory zone managers.

My year 2000 mercury cougar just reached 70,000 miles last week. I went to open my sunroof yesterday and heard a loud cracking noise after pressing the button. The rear end of the sunroof was ajar and the sunroof motor was still in working condition but I could not get the roof to close all of the way. I took it to a private auto repair shop where they took the sunroof apart and found a piece of cracked plastic on the driver's side.
