Tl*the contact owns a 1994 mercury grand marquis. While backing up at 5 MPH, the contact depressed the brake pedal and the pedal extended to the floorboard. The vehicle would not stop and he noticed brake fluid leaking. Upon further investigation, he discovered that the master cylinder was below the maximum level. He refilled the brake fluid, but the failure persisted.
