My 2006 mercury monteago lunges forward when put in drive,and lunges back when put in reverse,wrecking my rear bumper and garage. Ford is very aware of this problem and does nothing about it.
I have owned this car for 4 years. I still owe more than its worth. My 3rd transmission just went out this morning! CVT transmissions are garbage. I was quoted 6000 for another used transmission. 4 transmissions in 4 years is insane!
