The consumer was involved in an accident in which the vehicle was forced to hit the telephone pole to avoid from crashing into another vehicle. During this collision, the driver's airbag did not deploy. In turn, the consumer was injured. The manufacturer is not aware of the situation. The consumer never had any prior problems with the airbag sensors.
While sitting at a stop light the vehicle was involved in a head on collision. The dual air bags did not deploy. The driver sustained injuries to her chest.
