Tl* the contact owns a 2013 nissan altima. While driving approximately 30 MPH, the transmission shifted from drive into the neutral position independently and an abnormal noise emitted. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, but the mechanic was unable to duplicate or locate the failure. The contact experienced multiple unrelated failures with the vehicle that included the exterior door failing to unlock or lock with the key fob until after several attempts.
Tl* the contact owns a 2013 nissan altima. While driving 10 MPH, the safety latch on the hood of the vehicle fractured and caused the hood to fly up. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was 46,000. ...updated 02/19/16 the consumer was informed the latch broke, there was some damage to the hood of the vehicle. Updated 02/24/16.
