What owners wrote

2005 nissan pathfinder with 93,000 miles. Had original issue with transmission in 2009 a slight shimmy and once the transmission slipped, as soon as it slipped I took it to the dealership. The service manager at the dealership told me coolant had leaked into transmission and would have to replace: radiator, and transmission at ~$6,500.

Reported at 93,000 miles, June 2011 Fire

At around 56,600 miles noticed car shaking vigourously when driving over 50 MPH. This mileage typically occurring on highway and steering wheel shakes and vibrates and car gears feels like it keeps slipping until you slow down below 40MPH. I bought my car brand new, 2005 nissan pathfinder se and have seen several complaints about a defective radiator in these vehicles which cracks and causes fluids to leak into transmission and destroy it.

Reported at 56,700 miles, March 2010
