As a result of service on this vehicle that was provided by Nissan of McKinney in McKinney, Texas the vehicle was intentionally returned to the owner after servicing in an unsafe condition. The service included removal of a trailer hitch receiver and electrical harness that had been installed earlier. After the service and the electrical harness removal, the vehicle was left with exposed electrical conductors underneath the rear bumper that are exposed to the external contaminated road environment.
