2015 Nissan Rogue seat belts problems

Driving down chemawa rd ne, then a vehicle heading in the opposite direction turned left onto chetco ct ne right infront of us. My vehicle was traveling at 30MPH when we impacted the other vehicle. No air bags deployed on either driver or passenger side and seat belts did not lock up causing passenger to hit the dash board with their right arm. Other vehicles side air bags did deploy.

I was involved in a car accident with $12,863 worth of damaged to the front of my car. Driver air bag did not go off..I hit the sterring wheel so hard that I fractured a rib and a swollen chest inside and out..about 8 months after I bought it there was a recall on the passenger side air bag but I am thinking that the driver side should be checked as well. I was going thru a green light on a city street and a lady ran the red light coming from the other way.
