The morning started off with having problems with esf lght, and hand brake light even though hand brake was not applied. I tried to pull over many times, and fix lights but nothing worked. I was at a red light, then it turned green and street traffic proceededd to drive forward but a car 3 cars in front of me stopped abruptly. The car in front of me , had enough time to stop , but my nissan sentra hit the back of the car in front of me.
We bought a new 2013 nissan sentra for our daughter. It is about 1 1/2 years old with about 17,000 miles on it. She was on her way home from school, in stop and go traffic, and had just accelerated when she attempted to stop again. She said she tried to stop but the brake pedal went all the way to the floor with no resistance. Then she tried pumping them and they locked up and the car wouldn't stop. So, she rear ended the car in front of her and both of the airbags deployed.
