Leakage of rear windshield wiper washer reservoir overflowed underneath carpeting. A severe mold formed and infested all upholstered interior components including seats, carpeting, side panels, and headliner. These items could not be cleaned. The resultant odor caused occupants to have respiratory distress sufficient to require prescription medications.
