What owners wrote
When vehicle was rearended the driver's seat back reclined at a 70 degree angle. Vehicle was moved about (10) feet in the impact. Consumer was stopped, the vehicle that hit her was traveling around 50 MPH. *slc
The front driver seat is leaning back and we can not adjust it back to an upright position. About 4 years ago we had the same problem and found the metal chassis for the seat was defective. I am concerned that if we get into an accident that the seat is basically useless and would not absorb any impact. Is chrysler doing anything about the defective seats or replacing them.
