Vehicle would'nt start. After getting out of the car, the consumer's co-worker noticed a horn blowing, went to investigate and the vehicle was on fire. The fire department was called to put out the fire. The steering column was on fire, and the vehicle was damaged from inside to outside. Consumer contacted the dealer and manufacturer.
While pulling in a parking lot, the steering column caught fire without warning. As a result the vehicle was a total loss. No injuries reported. Please provide additional information.
