What owners wrote

On a 2 lane rural road our front hit the side of another vehicle that pulled out in front of us. The airbags did not deploy. My speed was between 30-40 MPH at point of impact.

Reported at 55,000 miles, April 2019 CrashInjury

"takata recall" on my truck, the tailgate will randomly open when driving down the road. I have had my lawn mower fly out into the road on the interstate due to this issue. This is a huge safety issue. I have done my research and I see there are a lot of other people who are having this issue. I have emailed ram and mopar with no response. They want $350 to fix this at the dealership. My truck is a 2017 I should not have to pay to replace a part that is a safety issue. This should be a recalled issue.
